All products are the client's responsibility upon picking up. Keep in mind that cakes, cupcakes, and cookies are fragile and should be handled properly. If not, this can result in smudges, cracks, etc. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF THE PROPER TRANSPORT AND CARE FOR YOUR ITEMS, PLEASE ASK!
I understand that things happen and sometimes you may need a last minute order. I may, at my sole discretion, be able to get you worked into my schedule. This often will add to my workload and will result in an additional 20% added to your total. Rush fees will be added to orders booked with less than 14 days notice.
When placing an order, a 20% deposit is required to hold the order. The remaining amount is to be paid the day before you pick up or have it delivered. Deposits are nonrefundable. Once the item has been picked up by you or your designated party, it is considered "accepted". Accepted means that you, or your designated party, has looked at the item and were satisfied with it. Refunds will not be issued after being accepted, unless there is a major issue, such as the wrong cake flavor. Please remember, I am a human but I do try my best!
